Fave Bedroom Colours in the UK

If you want to improve your bedroom the best way to approach the situation is to find out what you love and make it apart of your bedroom, don’t hesitate because you can always change up your room any time you want or have free time, that is the joy of having your own bedroom. Colour schemes are a good place to start, what are your favourite colours?

Do you want these colours on the wall or in other parts of the room, like the rug or bed spread? After you decide upon colour schemes you can start working towards placement of your bed, dresser, desk and other furniture you want placed in your room. Placement can definitely make or break the room, so choose wisely and make sure it’s comfortable for you and easy to access everything you need. Another way to improve your room is to get a new bed spread and blanket or even add some more pillows to your bed, that always makes it more comfortable and fun. Don’t be afraid to add a cute new lamp you found or even a nice rug to the floor with a wild animal print. Have fun with your bedroom, it is YOUR sanctuary and should be filled with the things you like so that when you want to get away you know exactly where to go. Whether you want it simplistic or completely wild, it’s up to you.

Improving your room can even mean taking some time out of a busy schedule and maybe doing a fun project, like creating your own wall of photos or hanging up your own artwork. I even have one project to get you started, find your favourite colour of simple throw pillows and then buy some of your favourite fabric prints, buttons, bows, lace, or whatever it may be and create your own pillows for your bed. It’s all about making it fun and not stressing, you can even create a board of the things you like and all the ideas you have for your room and then slowly but surely make it happen. Even being on a budget you can always find way to improve your bedroom, just by simply moving things around or creating your own decorations out of the objects you already have in the house. All in all, if you want to improve your bedroom then the key to it all is putting the things you love and find positivity in, in your room and making it your own.
