Spray Paint Junk

Spray paint and “junk” is the key to make any boring room into a new beautiful room. First look around and see what you have or what other people have that they don’t want, while you’re walking your dog look around the neighborhood and see if anyone is throwing anything that catches your eyes. Some examples are wine bottles, metal bike tires (minus the rubber,) or even old suitcases. The really nice thing about spray paint is that no matter what your painting skill is you are able to make anything look amazing.

If you don’t what to paint it solid colors stencils are every-were on the internet and are easy to set up if you possess patience and scissors. Let’s say the room is a bed room, why not use a hammock as a bed? They are so much cheaper, takes a lot less room, don’t have to worry about those pesky bed bugs and if laid flat could be comfortable for any type of sleeper. Hammocks can be high off the ground and if that’s the case you can collect various flat suitcases and fill them with a sturdy material like wood that could support human weight and position them in a form of stairs to your new bed, if you’re able to maybe make the top suitcase able to open so you can store all your items that you would need while your comfortable in your hammock bed.

As for the light fixtures, that is where the wine bottles come in, you can cut the tops of the bottles and insert lights into the bottle and connect it to the ceiling or where ever you would need light and add spray paint and stencils to the bottle to make various different shapes of light, for example the face of Doctor Who. As for the closet, the bike tires makes a perfect clothing rack and can even connect a light to the center of the bike tire to add even more of an effect. Junk is every were but it doesn’t have to be junk, just make sure to clean off all bugs and rust and make it look better then new.
