Home improvement is a method of falling in love with our home.Really our homes need to maintained well after they are being made.Home improvements has a large number of benefits.What I felt in my life is it provides great comfort for the people living there and at the same time it provides us with additional space and other facilities .Major feature that I consider is it provides a new look for our old home.I was bought a old home and most of my friends coming to home said me to remodel my home and I thought that every one has a feeling that its an old one.As a starting I made a plan to change my floor and to paint my home.My old floor consists of tiles and it was light colour and as a result I have to clean the floor every day as dust and other dirt materials are easily visible.

The colour of the floor too was fainting and I decided to put granite which is dark in colour and which is of high quality.The main benefits of using granite that I feel is its maintenance free and are available in dark colours.

I put granite over 2000 square feet and really my home changed a lot.The cost is a bit high when compared to tiles but they give a perfect look with a good texture and with great finishing.Care should be taken while handling items which are acidic and I consider it as the only disadvantage . Thus by changing my floor changed my interior and I feel very much confident on my home.Then later I decided to change my exterior and for me exterior means changing the color of my home.My old walls were full of stains and dirt and the colour was fainting.I decided to select a paint which would be stain free and one which is easily washable.On the same time I have to make a good polish on the windows and other furniture.My friend suggested me to apply primer which is a base layer of same chemical which is applied before painting.usage of primer provides a firm foundation .Applying paint over the primer paints provides a good finishing for my wall and looks very beautiful.So just by the above two process I made a new good looking home from my old one and now I feel proud on living in that one.
